having some new improved-er succotash

i improved the succotash recipe by adding brown rice as seen here

having a bowl of my succotash recipe

the idea of eating more things that are low in colesterol and less things that are high in colesterol seems a mater of mixing more low colesterol stuff into the pot than high colesterol stuff
mind you i used to eat lots of meat and cheese and very little other stuff and now that it is the other way around i feel like a fine tuned machine
no more blocks of cream cheese with crackers and no more pure meat barbecues without baked potatoes, corn, greens
anyway heres the new succotash recipe though it needs brown rice too

beans with shredded cheese

i had some grapes and beans with shredded cheese and little cut up pieces of smoked ham and wheat soda crackers that say 0mg cholesterol on the box with a beer to wash it down
and i dont know about the beers cholesterol if a can of beer said 0mg cholesterol on it it would be the best advertising they ever came up with in history to this day but it says nothing wich seems fishy

well you cant eat some face book but the beans are good

having some peanut butter and soda crackers



another little snack while shes cooking up a pot of beans ... oop the beans are ready and she got her peanut butter from me so its beans and soda crackers and pudding lol
