i have gotten way to busy to keep a real time documentary of my eatings and after a couple of weeks of eating less stuff with cholesterol and more stuff without cholesterol i actually feel better overall

yes in de de do i have put together my latest sort of succotash recipe using what i have on hand instead of using one of my old succotash type recipes where i might have to go get stuff
4 of wheat breads 2 blobs of alfalfa sprouts 2 slices of turkey and 2 pepper jack cheese slices as the bicycle ride made me quite hungry after a shower also had decaf tea and cranberry juice with it
2 wheat breads 1 slice of turkey alfalfa sprouts and a small splat of mayo as a proud and mighty warrior may need some nourishment on the battle ground
