this blogs OBJECTIVE

this blog was created so i could keep an eye on my cholesterol at a glance. The labels above display the cholesterol milligram number if i can find it and the number of times i had something right after whatever i had.

I used to believe that eating a lot of meat, cheeses and high cholesterol foods gave me more energy till i started to lower my daily dose of high cholesterol foods and wound up with enduring energy.

My new diet consists of eating less heavy colesterol foods and more things that make you poop (low cholesterol food)
