coffee and oat meal

i actually had thought that i needed a 50% meat diet to have the energy to live a bicycle riding life stile
i was having bacon eggs and buttered toast for breakfast half and half instead of whole milk in my coffee
and you know what after a few weeks of eating less cholesterol i feel like a finer tuned machine
im not going cold turkey and quitting food with cholesterol im simply eating less cholesterol foods and more foods that tend to make you poop ... i gotta go bye
