having a bowl of my succotash recipe

the idea of eating more things that are low in colesterol and less things that are high in colesterol seems a mater of mixing more low colesterol stuff into the pot than high colesterol stuff
mind you i used to eat lots of meat and cheese and very little other stuff and now that it is the other way around i feel like a fine tuned machine
no more blocks of cream cheese with crackers and no more pure meat barbecues without baked potatoes, corn, greens
anyway heres the new succotash recipe though it needs brown rice too
