a can of peaches

can says (0mg) cholesterol i think today i am on a roll as they say

beans with cheese on top and crackers

add some tea and a game and its on

had a can of pears

mmmmm nom nom nom

had some cheetos

bag says (0mg) cholesterol and i had a bunch of ice water

had a burrito

the tortilla bag says (omg) cholesterol the lettuce (0mg) couldn't find the olives can (?) one tea spoon sour cream should be 11mg as 2 is 22mg and less cheese and ground round = less cholesterol but after an epic barefoot bicycle ride i had to eat some leftovers

succotash and decaf tea

ok so i got me a zero milligram cholesterol meal here succotash with soy sauce instead of meat and decaf tea

unfortunately as a human i was born with these nasty little things called taste buds that were not as amused with my cholesterol free masterpeice

having a bunch of water

in the last post i had a burrito and it was quite hot so in this post i am having a lot of ice water wooooooo

like a fine tuned bike

i have fine tuned my bike to its envelope for what it is as far as i am concerned and after a 100 degree bike ride today i want to fine tune the machine that peddles the bike (ME) and that is my goal here on this blog even though i am having the other burrito
and some water







attacking the complicated equation for the cholesterol in a big fat homey made east dallas burrito i guess i should start with the sour cream the bucket says 160mg cholesterol div by 7 and 22mg cholesterol = not good and the ground round its up there with the 2 hot dogs i stopped having

had one of the burritos

i couldn't eat the other one and the one i had had turkey and beef, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomatos
i didn't feel right about that much turkey beef cheese and sour cream though i know that the tortilla's say (0mg) cholesterol
also had a pepsi and a gatorade

jumbo jack and a pepsi

somewhere off a distant bike trail down town i had a pepsi and jumbo jack
fortunately i can schedule this post for a half an hour back in time to be accurate on the time frame
also did a blood pressure check when i got back 143/91

coffee and a banana

found out bananas are (0mg) cholesterol and so is coffee

i quit my past days of big bbq's and stuffed jalapenos to get in the moderate cholesterol range and now i see that i can even do better

and this says its (0mg) so i can change the label from (?) to (0mg)

beans with shredded cheese

i had some grapes and beans with shredded cheese and little cut up pieces of smoked ham and wheat soda crackers that say 0mg cholesterol on the box with a beer to wash it down
and i dont know about the beers cholesterol if a can of beer said 0mg cholesterol on it it would be the best advertising they ever came up with in history to this day but it says nothing wich seems fishy

the bag says there is 7 servings at 10mg cholesterol per bag and i usually eat one third of the bag so this is 24mg rounded up

(0mg) i am having some cheetos


went to read the bag of cheetos and it says (0mg) cholesterol i heard they had some incredible cooks over there but thats quite a feat for even the greatest cook but thats what the package says

(0mg) and i really mean it like OMG!!!


i have bin reading the back of every label and have found several things i eat say (0mg) cholesterol and i didn't even know that could happen so i am having a (0mg) cholesterol meal consisting of succotash with some soy sauce instead of turkey dogs and a can of pears and tea

a can of clam chowder

can says 5mg cholesterol per serving and it has 2 serving so im getting 10mg cholesterol and having some decaf tea to boot

so today was a great day for me in practicing a low cholesterol diet be the future hold a need for it

a can of apricots

the side of the can says 0mg cholesterol and i feel like i have struck gold here on finding low cholesterol food

having a can of ravioli

and i added some parmesan cheese on top with some decaf tea

the side of the can says its 2 servings per can at 10mg cholesterol per serving so its 20mg since i eat the whole can so this can is less cholesterol than a can of tuna in water at 25mg or one hot dog at 35mg even the Turkey dogs say 35mg per dogs

i am beginning to think i would have to give up my love of hot dogs but with cans like this i could lol

when i was young coffee was my breakfast

this morning i was thinking over what kind of foods i ate back then as a life of bicycle riding keeps a person in such good health that the diet may not be so good for many years

the can said 25mg cholesterol and that is better than a dog wich is 35mg a piece of colesterol .. i might have to read the packages at the stores to find low cholesterol stuff all i need is a microscope for the high tec fine print lol

OMG i read the package and these dogs are 35 mg a piece of cholesterol so 2 dogs = 70mg cholesterol and 3 dogs = 105mg of cholesterol OOOF i had better not do a blood pressure check after finding that out. anyways i also had a gatorade and i was so busy reading the packages that heres a pic of the empty plate and gatorade bottle

if you look at the labels on the right of this page theres a label called blood pressure check click that label and see what it does as i am still playing with this blood pressure machine thats bin in a box for 3 years right arm is 130/90 and my left is 127/93  though the first reading was 134/92 as i did it twice and it says my pulse is 73 on the left and 71 on the right so i am not sure about this machine

yep due to the popularity of this blog i gave it a face book page at 

i dug up an old blood pressure machine

this machine was in a box and required some new batteries so it may not read right but i just got it working and i will give it a try and it says my left arm is 139/84 and my right arm is 140/90 though i had got many different almost unbelievable readings learning how to use it

 i could almost put the mg of cholesterol beside the labels and keep score

after a short bike ride

after a short bike ride i felt a little hungry so i had a donut,  decaf tea, can of pears and a can of clam chowder

the can of clam chowder says there are 2 servings and 10mg of cholesterol per serving that = 20mg the pears say zero fat and i do pour out the juice though i have no idea of the donut

waking to some coffee

they say it is going to be so hot today that you simply put the coffee in a tied filter in a jar out side and it will be done

and on this blog i think i have left nothing out except water like on my bike rides i sometimes fill an empty gatorade bottle twice and i have a cup by the sink that i use all day

i know that in life i have created my legacy and and slightly off set from my legacy is this blog and this blog is for my health

coffee seems to start my tummy a gurgling but i think its best quality in the morning is besides waking me up a little more is its increased production on the mighty porcelain throne

so when i got this coffee cup that says army strong i kina chuckle a little after the first cup when duty calls

i got em cause it said on the box that it lowers your cholesterol though i am not much a fan of cereal as cereal is to over sweetened or dull like cardboard but this wound up to not be either in fact pretty good

its sunday afternoon over here and some of the OG players appear in the online multi player game of delta force black hawk down so i need a snack but i use a tooth pic with this snack to keep from getting orange stuff in my keyboard as i am having cheetos and decaf tea
