gotten busy too busy


i have gotten way to busy to keep a real time documentary of my eatings and after a couple of weeks of eating less stuff with cholesterol and more stuff without cholesterol i actually feel better overall

anyway when i do have time to get to my computer for a few minutes it might show up here at my main blog at http://jeffelopolis.blogspot.com/

more succotash

and a game and iced tea

succotash and splash

the succotash recipes like this one uses one chopped up burger and about 3 or 4 cans of other stuff

as i used to have 3 or 4 burgers that day totally slowing me down on a bicycle and some other unmentionable things lol

the chicken breast grilled out wonderfully and i am testing one

simply coffee

coffee with 2% milk and a bike ride

low fat strawberry yogurt

tried the low fat type this time as 2% milk worked out well and it was good

blood pressure check and some kisses

119 over 70 with a pulse of 64 and some dark chocolate kisses

3 pizza and a game

leftover garlic bread pizza, tea and a game

my new sorta succotash recipe

yep thats what i made was a kind of a sort of succotash recipe

2 turkey sandwiches

4 of wheat breads 2 blobs of alfalfa sprouts 2 slices of turkey and 2 pepper jack cheese slices as the bicycle ride made me quite hungry after a shower also had decaf tea and cranberry juice with it

some succotash after a bike ride
