like a fine tuned bike

i have fine tuned my bike to its envelope for what it is as far as i am concerned and after a 100 degree bike ride today i want to fine tune the machine that peddles the bike (ME) and that is my goal here on this blog even though i am having the other burrito
and some water







attacking the complicated equation for the cholesterol in a big fat homey made east dallas burrito i guess i should start with the sour cream the bucket says 160mg cholesterol div by 7 and 22mg cholesterol = not good and the ground round its up there with the 2 hot dogs i stopped having
