after a short bike ride

after a short bike ride i felt a little hungry so i had a donut,  decaf tea, can of pears and a can of clam chowder

the can of clam chowder says there are 2 servings and 10mg of cholesterol per serving that = 20mg the pears say zero fat and i do pour out the juice though i have no idea of the donut
